They did what they said they would do. The price was fair.

Our dealings with RSR were top notch from beginning to end! Juan who came to look at our problem gave us a detailed explanation of how to fix it. We received an estimate within days and were put on the schedule only a couple of weeks out. Justin and his crew…Pedro and Jose….were very professional and friendly! They set to work right away and in spite of the oppressive heat…had our wall back in one piece before the day was out. I have to say that we wanted our wall back like it had been and Pedro and Jose did exactly that! I highly recommend this company!!!

Rock Structure Repair has brought serenity back into my life! Rock Structure Repair arrived as scheduled and completed the work efficiently and professionally, leaving my property and home safe and clean. Have no doubt, Rock Structural Repair is the answer to your prayers for this type of work! I would like to thank Rudy, the owner, and his team for their professionalism, honesty, and integrity. I now have: Increased Home Value Enhanced Safety and Security Improved Indoor Comfort and Living I didn’t consider how much a stable and secure home environment plays a significant role in overall well-being until it was gone. I bought my 1948 home less than 2 years ago knowing that the floor was not level; needless to say, I had no idea how poor the structural integrity of my home was. After moving in my home, I quickly noticed how quickly the stability was compromised, to include cracks in the walls and tiles, sticking doors, floors sagging, large gaps in the exterior doors, and bowing walls. The whistle that blew the severity of the health and stability of my home was the water damage discovered when the subfloor in the corner of one of the bedrooms fell through (where the bed post was sitting). I immediately began getting quotes for foundation repair, to include additional piers, beams, and replacing the subfloors. - First guy was independent and said he could do it and never called back (I think he got scared away when he saw how severe it was). -Second company quoted an enormous amount and was not willing to split the job according to how much I could afford. It was all or nothing. -Third company said the crawl space was way too low (varies 1’ to 18”). Fortunately for me, the third company recommended Rock Structure Repair! I called the number on the website and the sweetest, friendliest Chely answered my call. I was so embraced by her assuring, calming, and understanding nature. If she missed my call, she returned it the same day and always answered or eventually got the answer to my questions. Juan came out for a site visit, and to be honest at this point I was exhausted, scared, frustrated, and worried about the safety of my home. I knew if left unaddressed, I would potentially accrue additional long-term repairs. My bathtub was sinking, and I was caulking the cracks 2-3 times a week! Juan inspected the crawl space and the interior of the house and said, “Yes, we can do it!” His confidence in getting the job accomplished lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. What a sigh of relief! I also addressed the fact that I could not afford to have the work done on the entire house at once, and I would like to have it done in increments. Juan broke it up in 3 sections with the front of the house being less severe. He provided me 2 separate quotes by the next day. One for the right rear side of the house, and another for the left rear side. His quote was logical, simple, and fair! I was able to schedule the work within a few months and do the entire two rear sections of the house. William and the crew (Santiago, Jose and Pedro) showed up on day one. Words cannot describe how well this crew worked together! William was consistent in his communication with me, explaining every detail, assuring me through my worries, and addressing any issues they found. He asked permission before going ahead with any additional work or concerns they found. He had a strong sense of empathy and patience while working in my home with the crew. I give all due respect to all the crew who worked in over 100-degree weather under the crawl space for two weeks consecutively. I saw no tears, but this gives new meaning to the phrase, “They worked through blood, sweat, and tears!” Rudy also enlightened me to the idea of encapsulation with vapor barrior lining of the crawl space and I added that on after-the-fact. They had no problems doing this on last minute request. I don’t have final pics of the crawl space; however, I did see it as they were finalizing the space and it was immaculate!
