The technicians know exactly where to start looking, getting to the problem very efficiently. They kindly pointed out a couple of potential issues with no pressure and just wanted me to know that there’s a heads up situation. They got my air conditioner running, and I’m extremely satisfied. There was no attempt to up charge me. They seemed truly happy to see that I was a satisfied customer.
