I had an outstanding experience with Lumina Las Vegas, and a huge part of that comes down to their HR team! They were organized, kind, and on top of every detail from start to finish. Patricia Palacios deserves a special mention. She was patient, clear, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. You can tell she cares about the people she’s helping, and that level of professionalism stands out. Lumina Las Vegas is lucky to have a team like this, and I’m grateful for how comfortable and well-guided the experience felt. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!

Starting with the team, special shout out to Sandra* Reyza* & Katie *& for Alyson & Nicole, who made the initial entrance process seamless & for always checking in, asking for feedback & ensuring we are doing alright.
