I just moved here a couple of months ago, but I loved it! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The community is extremely open and friendly. The food is excellent, although only ten dinners a month are included in your rent - added dinners are available at a very reasonable cost. Looks and feels like a very nice restaurant. Simple lunches are available a la carte inexpensively. And I love the free continental breakfast available every day. There are plenty of activities, mostly led and designed by community members - it's a very community oriented place due in part to good private ownership as opposed to corporate ownership, which tends to be mostly profit oriented. Which brings me to the rent, which is far more reasonable than any comparable place I've seen. Finally, the annual rent increases are very fair and compassionate. It's no wonder that there are so many happy and long term residents and staff here. Check out other places, then check out RiverPointe. I think you'll find that there's no comparison. And it's close to my favorite doughnut shop, lots of good shopping, and plenty of good restaurants, from fast food to some pretty high class establishments.

Dad has been here for nearly 9yrs, he is 85yrs old, when asked if he likes living here he answers "I have friends here, staff and other residence alike, this is a great place for me.". He is respected and looked after as family so what else can we ask. The building is a little older yet we have watched as they have updated the amenities and look over the years. Always on top of maintenance and grounds. He loves watching the birds and squirrels from the breakfast area. The cleaning staff is great and kind as he is elderly and sometimes need a bit more help. The price is good for the area for sure.

The perfect place for my father in law. On his own, but not alone.
