Woodard is a well balanced well rounded well oiled machine of a company and their entire staff is responsible & personable from the building managers to the maintenance workers. They take care of issues with efficiency and attention to detail and are masters at delegation... So many hands on deck that too much never seems to fall on one person. They are quietly keeping a large part of the city running!

I lived at one of Woodard's properties for 2 years during college, and it was a great experience overall. We never had any significant issues, and the maintenance team fixed things promptly whenever necessary. Would definitely recommend.

Navigated the initial leasing process for a unit at Cardinal Court by Woodard Apartments, in June 2025. Hez Dillon showcased us the unit via a zoom tour and answered all the questions we had about the property, prior to signing the lease. Hez was very responsive and helpful to us, and would recommend him towards potential tenants. We will update this review with details of the overall experience with the property after move-in.

Payton has been AMAZING to work with! She is incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. She knew I was working on a tight schedule and still found me a property within my budget, moving timeline, and helped me with the application immediately. I will definitely use Woodard again in the future thanks to her!
