The service from support staff to direct care staff is incredible.

We have taken our dog to the spa for grooming for about two years and have now started bringing him to group socialization. The team is amazing and I always feel that Theo is well taken care of by an attentive group in both spaces! We love All of the staff in group socialization, and Ali, the amazing groomer who makes Theo look so handsome every time!!
